We
know that nothing is accomplished in the Kingdom of God that will last
for eternity without prayer. We
can’t
tell you here of the dangers and many threats we have faced over the
years and even though things are very quiet now, we know that we are
alive and going forward for God because of the prayers of His people. Suffice to say, we need your prayers. Following is a list of prayer requests that we will update
regularly. WE ARE CONTINUING OUR "PRAYER 24-7" WHERE WE ARE HAVING PRAYER 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR THE WORK IN ALBANIA. WE ARE DESIRING TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE ALBANIAN AND ONE NON-ALBANIAN PRAYING AROUND THE CLOCK. IF YOU CLICK ON THE PRAYER TAB ON THE LEFT THEN THE 24/7 Prayer Chart, THEN YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH TIME YOU WILL COMMIT TO PRAY AND ONCE YOU LET US KNOW BY E-MAIL YOUR NAME WILL GO ON THE CHART. Here is our prayer list for July.
JULY 2006 PRAYER REQUESTS Always bring your requests to God with Thanksgiving. 1. Pray for the Government to rule with righteousness and holiness. Pray for those who are Christian in positions of influence that God would give them strength to stand for Him. 2. Pray for Suada, a young lady from our church who has gone to Kosovo for a few weeks or prayer and scouting out the land. God has laid it on her heart to be a missionary there and so we have sent her up to pray and see what God is saying to her and to us as a church on how we can reach the unreached peoples of Kosovo. 3. Also pray for Elona who is going to Turkey in August for the same reason as Suada went to Kosovo 4. Pray for Samuel and Raquel Ruiz as they make the transition from Albania to Macedonia where they are desiring to minister to the unreached Albanians there. 5. Pray for Erion as he writes new songs and works on other songs that people from our church have written so that we can have our 2nd Tape/CD ready by our 10th Anniversary. 6. Pray for David as he travels to Romania in July for an anointing/prophetic seminar. Also in August as he travels to the Philippines to see what God has in store regarding some ministries there coming under the umbrella of Global Christian Centre Ministries. 7. Pray for the sick in our church. - Gezim Haliti – the young boy (now 14 years old) with the brain tumors. He is completely bed ridden, blind and his limbs are starting to twist. It is a miracle that he is still alive after 3 years of this, so we are believing that God is going to do a miracle. - Abedine Abdullai – and his wife who are both invalids that God would supply their physical and material needs. We are just waiting for word from Greece that they will accept him for a special operation that he needs to keep alive. Pray that the paper work comes through fast. 8. Pray for the protection and health of our missionaries, staff, helpers and their families. Pray especially for Christopher that during this hot weather he doesn't get sick and get a temperature. 9. Pray for our supporters around the world that God would bless and prosper them. 10. Pray for all the girls and young ladies in our church who are at marriageable age that God would supply good Christian husbands for them so their families won’t marry them off to Muslims. Some have already said no to their parents that they would not marry a non-Christian and now they are suffering persecution from their families. They need our prayers. 11. Pray for the police of Albania. The present General Director is continuing his reforms and cracking down on lawlessness. Pray that he will be able to continue this and that God would give him strength. 12. Pray for the resources so we can continue the growth of our Health clinic. We now have a dentist who will be starting this coming month.
